iTrend Return & Exchange PolicyAt iTrend, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a transparent return and exchange process to ensure your premium experience remains seamless.
Defective Products (Manufacturing Defects)Return Period: You are entitled to a replacement or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase if a manufacturing defect is identified.
Inspection Procedures:
- To guarantee accuracy, defective products will be inspected at the Authorized Agent’s Service Center within 14 business days.
- If the inspection confirms a factory defect, you are entitled to a full refund or a new replacement.
- If no defect is found, the product will be returned to you (shipping costs may apply).
Exclusions: The following are not considered manufacturing defects:
- Physical damage resulting from misuse, drops, or liquids.
- Software glitches or issues arising from third-party updates.
Reporting Damage
In-Store:Please inspect your device thoroughly before leaving. Any obvious physical damage must be reported immediately to our staff.
Online Orders:If you receive a damaged shipment, you must notify us within 24 hours. We require a video of the unboxing process to validate the claim.
Sealed Units:If you choose to take a sealed product without an in-store inspection, you assume responsibility for its external condition. Internal defects will still follow the standard agent inspection process.
Non-Defective Products (Change of Mind)
- Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
- Condition: To be eligible, the product must be in its original, pristine condition. It must be unopened, factory-sealed, and include all original accessories, manuals, and promotional gifts.
Return & Exchange Process
- In-Store Returns: Visit any iTrend branch with your original purchase receipt for an immediate evaluation.
- Online Returns:
- Submit a request via our website or customer service.
- Our courier will collect the item within 24 hours.
- A final decision will be made within 72 hours of us receiving the shipment.
Refunds
- Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.
- Method: Refunds are issued via the original payment method. For cash purchases, our team will coordinate the most convenient payout method with you.
- Stock Availability: If a replacement is approved but the model is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
Special Note for Premium DevicesFor all iPhones, MacBooks, and high-end screens:
Please ensure the display and body are free of any external scratches or damage upon receipt. Once a device is activated via Apple’s servers, it can only be returned under the “Defective Products” clause with an official agent report.
